Initial PMU sessions typically take 2 to 3 hours depending on the area (brows, lips, eyeliner). This includes numbing, mapping, and pigment application.

We use a medical-grade numbing agent to keep discomfort to a minimum. Most clients describe the sensation as “scratchy” or mildly annoying—not painful.

Expect light scabbing and pigment fading during the first 7–14 days. We’ll send you home with full aftercare instructions and products to support healing.

Not on the treated area. You should avoid applying any cosmetics directly on or near the site until it is fully healed (usually 7–10 days).

Yes—perfection takes two! We include a 6- to 8-week touch-up session with your service to refine shape and saturation once the skin has healed.

Results typically last 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for your PMU. Annual refreshes are optional.

We do offer color correction or PMU refreshes for past work, but a consultation is required first to assess the existing pigment and skin condition.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
